So I started thinking about how my new job may be a step up with more strategic thinking involved. I ran into the terms Strategic AND Tactical, being a non military, non manager, I wasn't sure I knew what these really meant.

I’m not saying that strategy isn’t important, just that strategy directly combined with tactical skill is the real killer combo.
I know I'm a great tactical thinker. I hope I can see bigger pictures strategy items, too. There may be hope for me yet.
